The Two Bedroom Condominium holds 143-146 square metres of space and features a private balcony and a self contained kitchen with all the modern appliances including delicate china settings with Versace designs. Also included is a sunken lounge featuring a magnificent marble mosaic, dining area, laundry, ensuite off the main bedroom with a private spa and separate shower. A second bathroom and separate powder room are provided as well. Guests are provided exclusive use of one private marina berth.The Three Bedroom Condominium features all facilities and amenities enjoyed by the Two Bedroom Condominium, including the marina berth use, but is much larger at 172-194 square metres.
